Class Times for Hailsham

These drop in classes are an informal introduction to meditation in which clear and practical instructions on meditation are given, together with guidance on how we can use Buddha's advice to improve the quality of our daily lives. Each class begins with a simple guided meditation to still the mind, and ends with tea and biscuits and an opportunity to chat with in a spiritual environment.

Although the classes are arranged in short courses, you are welcome to drop in at any time for an individual class. There is no need to book.

Classes cost £5.00, or a 5 week course card costs £20.00, including refreshments. Please note the course card entitles you to any 5 future General Programme classes, they do not have to be consecutive. The Hailsham classes are held at:

Thursday from 7.15pm starting at 7.30pm and finishing at 9.30pm.

Everyone can learn to meditate, young or old , male or female, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, using the simple techniques presented at the these classes. Meditation is useful for anyone, in any walk of life, as inner peace is the key to happiness
