Dharma4Kids
Maitreya Buddhist Centre is now offering a kids club entitled Dharma4Kids, during term time. This is a meditation class designed for children, which will amuse and enlighten them with stories, activities, and meditations.
This class takes place on Saturdays at Maitreya Centre, from 11.00am to 11.45am for ages 4-12 years, and from 1.30pm - 2.15pm this is a repeat of the morning class for those of you who can't make it in the morning. The class lasts for roughly 45 minutes to an hour, this can vary depending on the pace of the class and go alittle bit over. Although parents and children can always leave after 45 minutes. Also theres a chance for parents to have a coffee or tea afterwards and chat.

Parents are asked to accompany their children to the class. The cost is £1.50 per child per class (parents get in free!).
