Weekend Meditation Retreat

We will be holding another of our successful weekend retreats here at Maitreya Centre on 30th to 31st August, suitable for all levels of experience in meditation. This retreat consists of 4 meditation sessions a day, each an hour long, and led by an experienced meditation teacher, who will give advice or answer questions if necessary after each session. People can drop into whichever session they want, and attend however many sessions they want, without prior booking. The cost is £3 per session or £10 per day.
