These drop in
classes are an informal introduction to meditation in which clear
and practical instructions on meditation are given, together with
guidance on how we can use Buddha’s advice to improve the quality of
our daily lives. The classes in Bexhill are taught by Buddhist Nun
Kelsang Lam-ma. Each
class begins with a simple guided meditation to still the mind, and
ends with tea and biscuits and an opportunity to chat with like-minded
people in a spiritual environment.
Although the classes are arranged in short courses, you are welcome to
drop in at any time for an individual class. There is no need to book.
Classes cost £6.00 / £4.00 concessions, or a 4 week course
card costs £20.00 / £15.00 concessions, including
refreshments. Please note the course card entitles you to any 4 future
General Programme classes. They do not have to be consecutive. The
